I know a man who almost died drowning.
[[MORE]]He ran into the ocean but tripped on his way in and he dove in head first and broke his neck and was immediately paralyzed. When asked if it was scary when he was struggling for air and sinking as water filled his lungs he said no.
He said he didn’t struggle and he wasn’t afraid. He came to terms that his life was over and he watched as the bubbles floated up and everything...
I’m just sad.
